Science and Craftsmanship Mobile Museum, travelling threw Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
This mobile museum is a traveling program (like Museum on Wheels), bringing Hands-On Interactive Activities to any city or remote area in Albania, Kosovo (also to North Macedonia shortly). It consists of Education based on Science, Experimental Learning, and Craftsmanship Skills. Adapted Exhibits and Garage tool-station Workbenches are transported with a vehicle that stops in different areas and turns back periodically to the same places, with new surprises and programs training skills.

The project has scientific, educational, and entertaining programs specially adapted for children aged 8-13 through various demonstrations, exhibits, and experimental lab stands. After the road vehicle arrives at the designated location, the tables and tools are taken out and arranged according to the available space. Panels and banners provide relevant explanations or information, but the staff is also available with the necessary clarifications. Participants are individual or small group visitors who are encouraged to touch or use the equipment and tools, interacting with them or each other. There are many topics, so everyone finds something they like and are attracted to. The museum panels are attractive and colorful, inspiring the next generations of technicians and inventors. The program continues for 1-2 days (depending on the participation), and the vehicle travels to the next destination at the end of the activity. Currently, our programs join festive events organized in different cities, with various indoor and outdoor activities. A van transports all materials to the destination and then adapts them to the space designated for our program.

The project's final goal is the mechanical adaptation of a truck trailer (now under construction), which opens and expands with folding panels (Like a Folding Container) which carry more scientific equipment and bench tools. As a result, the organization is more efficient and straightforward, reaching more children in a shorter time. We are looking for funds and grant for these steps now.

Craftmanship Skills
The main objective is children's education through experiential learning, awakening the desire to work by improving their skills and ability to use tools. Although the required actions are simplified, especially for children's abilities, their result creates functional, valuable objects or creations. These achievements inspire confidence and a desire for other works in the future. Other objectives also emerge here, such as encouraging imagination, critical thinking, and creativity through hands-on exhibits.
The project provides colorful, pleasant, and entertaining access to science and experimentation. The program is exciting and attractive. Full of curiosities and surprises of experiments. The participants are involved and act individually or with the help of each other, cooperating efficiently. The feeling of active learning and acquiring a new skill gives them self-confidence and courage to continue further towards more profound knowledge in any favorite field. Furthermore, various equipment and exhibits provide enlightening programs for a better understanding and a greater appreciation of craftmanship, science subjects, and after-school Micro-Learning.
As it travels on wheels, the program is accessible to everyone in every city. This Mobile Museum is an active part of the learning and teaching ecosystem. It will act in cooperation with schools, partner organizations, or other actors in the field of education, including local government or private institutions.
This initiative's primary beneficiaries are children, who gain new skills, inspiration, and experiences that will serve them in the future. In addition, they are encouraged and stimulated to discover talents and passions that will accompany and help them when they grow up. But also Parents, Educators, Teachers, and Students benefits from this initiative. Indirectly, they are inspired to create a better environment in the service of Learning, Training, and Teaching.
As our project moves and travels everywhere, we are provided with necessary local permits and facilities at the stations we stop, as in public or private spaces. Different city festivals invite us where children or family entertainment is required. Various partners collaborate with our project and share opportunities and responsibilities in cases of city activities or festive organizations.
This project includes and integrates both scientific education knowledge and basic craftsmanship skills. These are closely related because science concepts find direct and practical applications in many professions and craftsman skills. So, through these programs, children receive first impressions of how things are done or why it happens. This will serve them later in many future initiatives.
There are different innovations behind the project. Mobility sends the initiative everywhere (traveling on wheels). Concepts are acquired through fun activities, which help to memorize easier. Science exhibits simple ideas, nurturing children's creativity and curiosity, gaining Skills with tools and equipment that encourage Making and Creating things — sharing Experiences with Parents and Educators - which help the Teaching environment around us.
This project works as a Mobile Museum, traveling everywhere these programs are required. So, this initiative's best and most valuable feature is that it can be transferred easily to many places, reaching more people and bigger groups of participants.
Curiosity is the first step to Learning. But children are also Learning and Playing at the same time. So the project encourages Hands-On activities and takes action with interactive panels to touch, manipulate, use, and perform other functions. Indirectly visitors will learn science concepts and acquire or gain basic skills in different craftsmanship specialties.
The challenges and changes in society today require rapid training with the latest industrial developments that emerge every day, as well as the result of Skills according to the sectors that the future needs. The first step toward this new path is Encouraging the Desire to Learn and the Creativity to Create.
Our initiative helps the Teaching and Learning environment adapt to the times and in this function.
The project started in 2021, expanding and improving step by step. Currently, our programs join festive events organized in different cities, with various indoor and outdoor activities. A van transports all materials to the destination and then adapted to the space designated for our program.

The final goal is the constructive adaptation of a truck with a trailer, which opens with folding panels (Like a Folding Container), which carry more scientific equipment and bench tools, and the organization is more efficient and straightforward, reaching more children in a shorter time.
We are looking for funds and grand for this.
