Our unique concept is designed to be self-sustainable, enable a carbon-neutral future, and create additional value for the community. We take environmental protection seriously and strive to treat it with the highest level of care and respect.
We have achieved this goal by implementing the DGNB system certificate, the highest global benchmark in sustainability. This certification takes a holistic approach considering the entire life cycle of a project - not only with regard to impacts on the environment and resource consumption, but also regarding the cost of operating a building, as well as maintenance and demolition at the end of lifecycle.
Our components have been designed with minimal harm to nature. All building materials used are of local or certified origin, renewable, or incorporate recycled components. We implement innovative new technologies to help achieve the goal of carbon neutrality: 100% of our energy needs are produced from PV power plant, high-quality furniture and acoustic insulation panels made of recycled materials, highly efficient HVAC system, an innovative wastewater management system, and collecting rain for irrigation and flushing toilets. Additionally, we have a robust recycling and composting program and our own EV charging stations available for local community usage.
When it comes to building the venues, we have raised the bar once again and created a partnership with DMAT, an innovative Italian company co-funded by MIT professor Admir Masic. DMAT has recently developed a breakthrough green and self-healing concrete that will be applied to the whole structure, to extend INW building durability and sustainability.

Renting prices for hospitality services and co-working spaces are planned to be very affordable, and this is possible due to no operational energy costs.

INOMAD.WORLD&ECUBES is the key component of the North Adriatic Hydrogen Valley, enabler of the globally first transnational hydrogen Valley. On the 31. European Commission has announced North Adriatic Hydrogen Valley is the best hydrogen valley of 2023 in Europe and INOMAD is part of it.
INW is a private project which has arisen from an idea of a single individual and is under the development for more than 4 years. For the last year or so, we have included various engineers and architects to make the idea feasible. Moreover, during the whole time we are involved in every step of development and continuously improving the concept.
During the development we have merged our knowledge and good intentions with ECUBES company and agreed about collaborations in terms of hydrogen and energy solutions in general. Therefore, ECUBES company become an exclusive partner in supplying of energy technologies. We agreed to have a common commercial brand: INOMAD.WORLD&ECUBES.
INW was recognized by local authorities as an important project and I have had their support ever since. Private investment interests exist, but our goal is to keep it publicly available and avoid private capital. Therefore, we aim to more support on higher levels in order to keep it that way.
Municipality Kanal ob Soci in Slovenia has recognized the importance of INOMAD.WORLD&ECUBES and is 'planning to develop at least 5 of these in their rural area. Despite appearing impossible at first sight, we have innovated to unite mutually exclusive content under one roof: architecture, sustainability-hydrogen, nature-protection, innovative materials, unseen set of equipment and services, technology, creativity, talented youths, place of common interest and new business model.
Started with an unusual architectural shape – With its three wings merging into one central point, the design sends a message of unity and togetherness. Despite being packed with all these features and amenities, our impact on the environment is minimal. The first INW will fit in an area of uner 500m2. When it comes to the architectural design, very INW has to be unique.
As building must be self-sustainable, it was of utmost importance to synchronize usage and production of energy. Therefore, we have planned for our PV power plant to produce more electricity than INW uses. We've designed an electrolyzer, storage and fuel cell to be sufficient to support night operation of the INW. As all these components are precious, we have optimized energy usage whenever possible (from the facade to the energy-efficient appliances).
We have had a similar approach when it comes to the usage of water and have designed the rainwater harvesting system and re-usage of the rainwater within the premises.
Surrounding and green rooftop will be turned into a botanical garden, hedged with various plants. The vegetation is expertly chosen by an awarded landscape architect. He ensured that the layout is as intimate and as friendly as possible. Lights are designed to give the best experience to users while not causing light pollution or disturbing night animals. All plants are local, but wildlife friendly. Large biodiversity is set to attract the pollinators.
There is no space for writing more in this form, but various unique features are implemented in INW. Numerous engineers, architects and ITs were working together to make this feasible and innovative.

As a digital nomad, I am traveling the places and working remotely, but often I am missing some services to fulfill the way my lifestyle is. I wanted to create an ultimate place for digital nomads, gen Z and millennials. New place has to have a vibrant, welcoming space designed for working, dining and play atmosphere that will feel like home, with multi-functional usage of premises.
Another thing I wanted to change was the fake ecological trends in tourism. The hospitality sector has always been considered a great generator of risks to environmental sustainability due to the significant amount of energy resources it consumes and amount of waste generated. Usually, the properties’ management opinion on changing that paradigm is that it's too expensive to implement. Which is - in most cases - wrong. I wanted to prove the opposite and came up with the idea to make a new concept in real-estates which will be different, better and not necessarily as expensive.
New place has to address many requests in terms of content, purpose and size, while remaining ultimately sustainable and cost effective. I challenged the traditional rules of any industry and created something innovative - an innovative hospitality concept for novel clean energy infrastructure development.

INOMAD.WORLD&ECUBES is currently in the planning and development stage of the project. All architectural plans for the building have been completed and formally submitted for planning permission with the local authority. We have already received a per-approval, but anticipate receiving fully valid permission until end of February 2023. The construction land of 2500m2 has been secured and is ready for development.
In parallel, we have begun public awareness campaigns and general promotion of the project, researching potential investors and preparing paperwork to apply for EU funds. We are planning to open tenders for construction works and begin building in Q3 2023 with an aim to open in the beginning of 2024.
There is first Municipality in Europe, which has adopted Hydrogen Strategy thanks to proposed development INW - Municipality Kanal in Slovenia. This project was the Key component of the already approved the first hydrogen valley on the globe – NAHV – Approved on January 31th 2023. Municipality is planning to develop at least 5 of INOMADs in their rural area. Currently we are under early planning of deployment several INWs along the Slovenian-Croatian border in the near years. There is serious interest from several Municipality and their Mayors. We plan to apply for the funds and use new opportunities of forthcoming Interreg Slovenia-Croatia 2021-2027.
