In general, there were some requests for making theory of a specific design for prefabricated small houses, a flexible space, easy manufactured, transported, and located on the site. This presentation is submitting an idea of flowering buds from the natural world, In that system, as it is umbrella , this idea is presented, for one small prefabricated dwelling house, naturally also with possible multifunction of purpose and use, and a large space joining more units in one space use.

Please provide a summary of your initiative
Abstract
In terms of the need for a new and inventive product in the prefabricated construction industry, there is a strong enough motive for a scientific and technical research work and a development of the proposed solution. This solution is based on the idea of spatial prefabrication, i.e. industrial product suitable for a regular transport, mono-functionality with the possibility of dismantling and dislocation or recycling. The idea of application originated from the nature, buds and various types of the flowers and insects. So, the basic idea is that the object, after transport and location, blooms into its final form.
In general, there were some requests for making a specific design for prefabricated small houses, a flexible space, easy manufactured, transported, and located on the site. This presentation is submitting an idea of flowering buds from the natural world, In that system, as it is umbrella , this idea is presented, for one small prefabricated dwelling house, naturally also with possible multifunction of purpose and use, and a large space joining more units in one space use. Using recycling materials, there is a respect for natural sustainable environment. However, structure materials are graphite products, carbon materials and other. Umbrella Prefabricated Unit - UPU is energy independent structure, with production of electricity by wind turbine, and also by micro kinetic power plant. Drinking water tanks are below the using floor, designed as free collected water from atmosphere. Also the most products of this unit age going to be recycled.The volumetric matrix of the prefabricated system, i.e. the product, which was produced in the structural system in the workshop and of such dimensions, which comply with a regular transport systems until "disassembly" and definitive assembly at a specific location, was recognized. "Umbrella prefabricated unit" - UPU, has an original system of "blooming".

Please give information about the key objectives of your initiative in terms of sustainability and how these have been/will be met. Please highlight how the initiative can be exemplary in this context.
Using recycling materials, there is a respect for natural sustainable environment. However, structure materials are graphite products, carbon materials and other. Umbrella Prefabricated Unit - UPU is energy independent structure, with production of electricity by wind turbine, and also by micro kinetic power plant. Drinking water tanks are below the using floor, designed as free collected water from atmosphere. Also the most products of this unit age going to be recycled.Another idea, which is complementary to this one, is the sociological approach of using UPU, when it comes to housing and a creative workplace, as a unique whole. The analysis of the use of space for living and work in the management system in the previous, 21th century, establishes the dispersion of housing and work from the "house", which defines the uncertainty of the location for the activity. The decisive factor for the existence of such a place is energy independence and internet connection, as well as transport communication, for the delivery of goods for a supply of such locations through online shopping, and recently drones delivery. Thus, the creative workplace is tied to the place of living, and the capacity of the housing unit is reduced, primarily due to the advanced way of equipping such spaces with smaller devices for basic functions; maintaining personal hygiene, night rest, food consumption and creative work, as well as reducing number of family members.
The flexibility of expanding and narrowing the family, as the basic sociological unit, in this case is defined by uniting and connecting several UPU units, or reducing their quantity. The ambition for flexible and unobtrusive fitting into known geographical and geomorphological areas is not emphasized here, whether they are areas of plain character, areas in, along or on the water surface, as well as mountainous and hilly areas. Precisely such sub-regions have all the natural benefits of living in such accommodation.

Please give information about the key objectives of your initiative in terms of aesthetics and quality of experience for people (through design, positive emotions and cultural benefits) and how these have been met. Please highlight how the initiative can be exemplary in this context.
This prefabricated assembly and disassembly structure of the UPU is multifuncional in a wide range of uses. Conceived as a residential unit of approx. 60.00 m2 of floor area, with the organization of the main space as a communication center of the individual, which uses this structure for the basic needs of users too. It is also possible to use flexibility in use for urgent and temporary settlements, in case of natural disasters and as well as tourist accommodation , for resorts by grouping several units into clusters of horizontal or vertical principle, accommodation in isolated environments for excursion camps in mountains, water shores or as a floating cluster or individual, etc.

Please give information about the key objectives of your initiative in terms of inclusion (ranging from accessibility and affordability for all to inclusive governing systems, design for all principles or new societal models) and how these have been met. Please highlight how the initiative can be exemplary in this context.
The ambition of this part of the study is to point out anthropogenic indicators and facts that have had a significant impact on the development of this project. A new possibility of mobility to the workplace, from the place of residence, as well as the economic advantage of location prices outside urban areas, in the late 19th and early 20th century, especially the transition of energy needs from steam engines to electricity, and serial production of cheap and affordable car “Ford–T”, influenced the "merging of living and working space". At the beginning of the 21st century, when robotic machines are dominant in the realization of industrial products, when huge commercial centres on the outskirts of big cities enter the phase of shutdown, i.e. a conversion into online shopping distribution centres, most jobs are organized as "work from home". The development of the Internet and mobile telephony played an exceptional role in this process.
The society is moving extremely fast in the direction of adopting new generations of that segment, which leads to the production of electricity needs from renewable sources, i.e. independent and cheap energy sources. At the same time, with greater progress, the family becomes less and less the basic social unit. The social internet, telephone, and similar electronic networks are formed so that the need for the space of a usual family is reduced. People "close" themselves in their spaces, which they rarely share with others.
Whether this direction of sociological development is the right one, time will tell, but it can be stated that it is present. Nevertheless, this building, Umbrella Prefabricated Unit, can also be a motif of urban sociological quality in the classical, traditional sense. If carefully selected locations for grouping these UPU, in attractive natural sites, or locations with significant cultural assets, can be a motif for such a way of socializing.

Whether this direction of sociological development is the right one, time will tell, but it can be stated that it is present. Nevertheless, this building, Umbrella Prefabricated Unit, can also be a motif of urban sociological quality in the classical, traditional sense. If carefully selected locations for grouping these UPU, in attractive natural sites, or locations with significant cultural assets, can be a motif for such a way of socializing.
In this whole constellation of socio-urban conditions, it is characteristic that the needs for hygiene, and nutrition do not change but also qualitatively increase, all at the craft-organic requirement of the needs of products for personal use.

Please explain how different stakeholders at various levels (local, regional, national, European) were engaged in the design and implementation of the initiative.
The ambition for flexible and unobtrusive fitting into known geographical and geomorphological areas is not emphasized here, whether they are areas of plain character, areas in, along or on the water surface, as well as mountainous and hilly areas. Precisely such sub-regions have all the natural benefits of living in such accommodation. Namely, nature took care to determine that space as a tame reserve for the formation of: settlements, of various functional character. With the use of modern, advanced technological materials, and expected use of economically viable applications of construction materials, in that sense, the obligation of the recycling process of all assemblies and elements of which UPU consists is designed.

Please explain what kind of global challenges the initiative addresses by providing local solutions
In this option, a functional solution, the building is dispositionally designed as a possible residential unit with one bedroom, on one level. It is a space defined as an elongated flattened ball . The diameter itself is limited only by the conditions of regular transport by known commercial systems. This conceptual design provides the basic principles, and the size and desired dimensions depend on the mentioned transport systems. The disposition of variant solutions is applicative according to the requirements of the function. It is also possible to fit several units of the same or different dimensions. In order for the building to be assembled and dismantled and moved, useful equipment systems have been designed so that they are also dismantled. Due to the defined dimensions, the standard transport of one presented unit is planned, with one extended truck-tractor-traction train, with a standard trailer. If the frames are mounted on site, it is possible to reduce the transport width .
