TOWARDS THE NEW EUROPEAN BAUHAUS, EUI-IA, HORIZON EUROPA, EUROPCOM
FOR ADOPTION BY THE COMPETENT EUROPEAN INSTITUTIONS OF INNOVATIVE SPATIAL PLANNING PROJECTS AND THEIR INCLUSION IN THE CAPABILITIES OF THE "URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM" OF THE EC
OR TO CREATE A NEW PROGRAM, AFTER THE ACQUISITION BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION OF THE LICENSES AND COPYRIGHTS.
THE PROJECTS SOLVE FUNCTIONAL, URBAN, TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROBLEMS OF THE URBANIZED EUROPEAN STRUCTURES BY PROVIDING THEM WITH UNUSED URBAN TERRITORIES AND SPACES IN MILLIONS OF SQUARE METERS, AFTER THEIR OPTIMAL ABSORPTION WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
THE PROPOSAL COULD BE CONSIDERED AS AN APPLICATION OF THE FOUNDING PROJECTS TO INCLUDE THEM IN THE COMPETENCE OF THE APPROPRIATE FUNCTIONING EUROPEAN PROGRAMME, WHICH IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY AND ASSISTANCE FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION AND ITS INSTITUTIONS.
THE PROPOSAL IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF SMALL AND LARGE EUROPEAN CITIES, AS WELL AS IN SUPPORT OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION'S GREEN DEAL POLICY, WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUPPORT THEIR IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL, MATERIAL, SPATIAL AND CULTURAL ENRICHMENT, WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE STRUCTURES OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION.
INNOVATIVE SPATIAL PLANNING PROJECTS WILL PROVIDE FUNCTIONAL BENEFITS FOR ALL EU PROJECTS ARE :

Cities around the world and Europe are dominated by cars. The project provides a new order in their use by implementing suitable parking and garnishing spaces.

Please explain how different stakeholders at various levels (local, regional, national, European) were engaged in the design and implementation of the project. Please highlight what the added value of their engagement was.
The project was implemented by architectural studio Forma Ltd. and is certified by the European Patent Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

All specialties that create and manage urban areas are involved.

New forms of urban use are being created. Ecological cleanliness of urban areas is ensured. Street parking and garnishing are abolished. Bound pedestrian zones are created, saturated with greenery and tranquility.
