Increasing wellness of peopleand reducing carbon emissions are top priority for most organizations. WeavAir offers a decarbonization & wellness solution for real estate & transportation. Multi-sensor IoT devices measure air quality, ventilation performance, predictive maintenance and people flow in real-time. Predictive software enables intelligent alerts, reports & controls to save 30% in operation costs, over 20% in energy, reducing downtime, transmission of infection like COVID-19 as well as insurance risks. WeavAir has traction with big corporates and MNCs in Singapore, Japan, Europe and North America.

WeavAir data can also be integrated with ESG & SDG reporting, and certifications like LEED, WELL, and GRESB. Our team has over 20-year expertise in IoT system design, data analytics and R&D project management with Fortune 500 companies. According to conservative estimates, WeavAir technology can contribute to a reduction in energy use intensity by at least 80 kBtu/ft*yr. Deployed at scale, our technology can result in over 11 MMMBtu (11 Billion BTU) reduction in energy consumption each month.
Our goal is to make buildings not only sustainable but also more beautiful and capable to create positive emotions by making them more adaptable to the environment and people. Some municipalities have expressed interest in air pollution data. Therefore, as the network of our devices grows, we might be able to offer air pollution analytics to governments to help inform better urban planning and building design decisions. Finally, we ensure environmental sustainability by offering repair and recycling programs for our devices, using biodegradable materials in our product design and well as setting up partnerships to locally source materials for the manufacture of our devices. To further reduce environmental footprint, the devices are powered from the renewable energy sources (airflow and temperature gradient created by HVAC airflow). Furthermore, our technology is also designed to save a significant amount of energy (up to 60% of the energy needed to operate air circulation systems).
We create inclusive solutions by ensuring partial financing to reduce adoption costs and increase the number of users and increase their buy-in by ensuring they are part of the design and implementation. Our long-term aspiration is to reduce impact of pollution on health and prevent disease development. We would like to build a movement and increase public literacy about air pollution and offer air pollution analytics to governments to help inform better urban planning and building design decisions.
We would like to build a movement and increase public literacy about energy efficiency and pollution sources. The pollution monitoring capabilities of our devices will help us accomplish this goal. We are also partnering with local NGOs to create hubs for the manufacturing and assembly of the devices. Through this effort, we hope to create new jobs and build local networks of ambassadors.

In our design, we involve engineers, architects, industrial designers and data scientists. they work closely together to collect data, build models and building simulations as well as visualizations to empower people to learn about their environment and take action to improve it.
Our solution is innovative compared to other solutions on the market because it provides: 1) holistic tracking of over 20 different factors in real-time , 2) 200x faster diagnosis and prevention of hazards, 3) predictive decision support system to detect sources of anomalies for predictive maintenance trained on over 10 years of data, 4) Improved diagnostics accuracy (95%) without the requirement to recalibrate and system.
Our long-term goal is to position our solution as a standard tool for monitoring compliance with sustainability standards and in the future – a required technology to be installed. We are in conversations with regulatory authorities to certify our solution as a standard method to validate compliance with green standards. Our technology is also very scalable to other markets such as residential, retail nd transportation hub buildings.
WeavAir solution is composed of 3 components:
1)WeavDetect - a modular data collection system composed of multi-sensor IoT device network and satellite geospatial data that provides detailed monitoring of property operations, energy efficiency, air quality and occupancy diagnostics.
2) WeavPredict - A collection of predictive models and algorithms that can be applied to the collected data to enable more accurate anomaly detection, alerts, and operational intelligence that helps achieve operational and maintenance cost reductions for commercial properties on a daily basis
3) WeavConnect – A software solution that connects anomaly detection to smarter long term decisions and integrations to help achieve long-term ESG and decarbonization goals, while supporting properties with LEED, WELL and GRESB reporting requirements.
Increasing the wellness of employees and reducing carbon emissions are top priorities for most organizations. We promote good health and well-being by monitoring the indoor environment, air quality and infection. WeavAir can identify contamination sources and offer the best filtration solutions. We also test purifiers to ensure they are always effective. We promote sustainable infrastructure as well as sustainable cities and communities by continuously monitoring air distribution systems and improving energy efficiency through proactive insights. In this way, we also promote responsible consumption and climate action.
WeavAir has launched projects with 3 international hotel chains to improve air quality by 30% and protect the health of guests staying in quarantine while saving over 20% of energy. WeavAir also has launched projects with 2 of the largest construction firms. WeavAir also developed solutions for transportation systems, monitoring and improving the effectiveness of air purification systems by over 40%. WeavAir has received 20 awards in North America, Asia, and Europe, including the Asian Development Bank Award, SEAS Award, Clean50 Top Project, Enactus Canada Award, Le Monde Smart City Award, MWC Innovation World Cup, Audi Lab Award, Schneider Electric Award and UN WeGo Smart City award.
