We host refugees, communities of women, families and people who have drug addictions/mental health problems in empty social housing buildings . While our social partners provide individual support, we offer an affordable home to settle down and create self-led communities where users can re-socialise and regain control over their lives (job, emotional stability,...).

The exceptional natural features and preserved traditional crafts related to fisheries turn the village into an area with potential for tourism development. “Chengene skele” is the only authentic fishing village on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast – a place with a unique spirit and character, which still preserves the fishing tradition and impresses every visitor.

    My Square

    My Square was a project co-designed with the local community. A semi-abandoned square with a park and a theatrical stage was brought back to life, with the help of the Municipality Youth Volunteer Group and the locals. Various environmental and cultural activities, such as tree planting and the development of an audio-walk with the locals’ memories of the square, increased the sense of belonging, which led to the revitalization of the space since the locals are now visiting the place.

    A unique river technique and landscape design object, cultural space NEMUNO7 in Zapyškis

    Nemuno7 is a river engineering and landscape design project that is unique in Europe and which serves as a public cultural space. The object made from river dredger combines technological history, heritage and contemporary architecture, and became a new attraction in Lithuania for locals and tourists. A dredger placed on the bank of the Nemunas river near the village Zapyškis became a cultural centre for visual art, interdisciplinary collaboration, science and creativity.
